Fitness and workout applications face some of the highest user-churn rates during the onboarding phase. Users are often forced to fill out long, text-heavy profiles regarding their health goals, weight history, and eating habits before gaining any value from the app. For Falcon Gym, the goal was to create an elite, visual-first fitness companion app designed from the ground up to reduce onboarding drop-offs, increase engagement in 7/30-day community challenges, and drive seamless Paystack subscriptions for personalized coaching models.
This required a highly premium UX system offering smooth progress timelines, aesthetic progress chart visualization, interactive social cards for workout feed sharing, and modern dark-mode graphics that feel premium and elegant.
I mapped out an end-to-end user-flow covering 15+ specialized high-fidelity screens inside a cohesive dark-mode environment. The onboarding sequence was engineered to be highly conversational and interactive, using visual selector chips and slider components rather than tedious forms, ensuring users reach their personalized dashboard inside 45 seconds.
The screens feature custom workout plan displays, calorie-in/calorie-out tracker dials, dynamic HIIT & strength training timers, weight loss challenge progress bars, and a peer-to-peer social post feed. By mapping detailed UI components with standard layout tokens, the design was packaged with full developer specs, enabling standard code translations to React Native and Swift in weeks.
I specialize in designing and prototyping premium native mobile interfaces that reduce onboarding drop-offs and drive premium digital subscriptions.
